ℹ️ Basic (1–999), Advanced (1000–1999), Instructor (2000–2999) and Admin (3000–3999) each have their own fixed number block, so a change here never affects another group's numbers. The only risk is if you lower a count after numbers within that same block have already been handed out (e.g. lowering Basic participants from 160 to 140 while someone already has nr. 150) — the highest numbers in the block stop being valid.
